Dynamic Isolation Systems is the leading producer of seismic isolation pads for bridges and buildings across America and throughout the world. In order to address their need for expanded production capacity, they required a much larger facility; one that would showcase their manufacture capabilities to their growing client base. It is constructed with tilt-up concrete exterior walls and includes administrative offices and large conferencing area for onsite meetings and video teleconferencing. The project includes four 10-ton bridge crane structures within the envelope of the production area as well as special foundation systems to accommodate large testing equipment.
